Official Rules – ‘From The Ground Up’ Construction Careers Expo Prize Giveaway Promotion

  • Sponsor: Year13 Inc. (2412816)
  • Platform:This promotion is conducted via the Anyway platform available at https://anyway.ai (Platform), which is operated by the Sponsor.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of North Carolina aged 14 to 24 years.
  • Entrants must reside in North Carolina.
  • Entrants residing outside of North Carolina are not eligible to enter.
  • If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter and to accept any prize.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

  • The promotion commences at 12:00am ET on October 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on December 8, 2026 (Promotion Period).
  • The Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.

How to Enter

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, eligible participants must:

  • Create a free account
  • Verify their phone number
  • Complete the named Expo activities
  • Accept the promotion T&Cs

Participants may receive one (1) entry per person.

PrizeThere is one (1) prize pack available, consisting of:

  • 2 x tickets to a Carolina Hurricanes home game at Lenovo Center, Raleigh, NC, during the 2026-27 season, on a date selected by the Promoter.
  • The Prize is forfeited if the winner cannot attend the selected date, or an alternative backup date
  • Approximate prize value $150-350.

One (1) prize will be awardedPrizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.The Promoter is not responsible for any travel, or additional costs associated with use of the prize.If the winner is under 18 years of age, the second ticket must be used by a parent or legal guardian.

Winner Selection

  • This is a game of chance.
  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • One (1) winner will be selected.
  • Draw will take place on December 9-11, 2026.

Notification of Winner

  • Winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a winner does not claim their prize within 5 days of notification, the Promoter may select an alternate winner or reallocate the prize, acting reasonably.

Entry ConditionsThe Promoter may disqualify any entry that:

  • is incomplete, illegible or not received during the Promotion Period;
  • breaches these Promotion Terms or the Platform Terms and Conditions; or
  • is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms.

Entrants must provide accurate personal information, including their residential address. The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and state of residence prior to awarding a prize.

Additional Conditions

  • Winners are responsible for ensuring they are available to attend the relevant event.
  • If a prize (or any part of a prize) becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Carolina Hurricanes, the National Hockey League or Lenovo Center.

Privacy

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

General

  • This promotion is subject to the Platform Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency, these Promotion Terms prevail.
  • This promotion is governed by the laws of North Carolina and conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
